Hard to say if this Deepsake isssue will be a catalyst but I think it's more likely than housing. Housing is more like Mexican stand off between buyers and sellers, so there's some stability there.

As far as personal investing is concerned I would definitely sell AI stocks now if you had'nt long a ago. Unless you just invested recently then they have already far exceeded any rational exit strategy levels, so don't be greedy.

I didn't think the Covid scam was going to be a big deal so didn't sell when China said it wasn't and was wrong about that. Now China is saying Deepsake is a big deal so ...

I suspect AI stocks may stay elevated a bit longer and then drop suddenly, so here's nothing wrong with taking a profit now.

My only question is whether or not AI stocks will take all other stocks down too. Energy, resources, miners, PMs?

So you are 65 or older, retired, your market wealth is at it's highest ever value. And your financial plan is to wait for your financial advisor to tell you when it is time to move to the sidelines. After all you don't want to miss out on the next leg up and frankly its been "so far so good".

Just simply compare this market peak against all the past market peaks, and tell yourself this time is different, is in my opinion crazy. You "probably" do not have the time or health to recover from the bottom of this plunge.

Harold, Cash is King. Interest rates will go up on stored cash, not at your local bank, but you can find higher interest.

Trump needs more time to truly devastate the global economy. Another year sounds about right.

These pardons are a good indicator of what is coming. It is not that pardons shouldn't happen, but it should be a process. This Emperor's Pen approach is a kick in the face to all Americans.

Could you possibly have missed out the late and latest Biden pardons?!? Unprecedented for the whole history of the US of A?

Biden was a drip, a zero of a man. But that forced him to listen to and accept guidance from others.

This guy is in a whole different league. Just in case you missed it:

On March 21, 1933 Adolf Hitler was officially sworn in as chancellor of Germany. The same day he pardoned 8,000 Nazis who had committed violent acts, starting with the failed Hitler Coup on November 8, 1923.

On January 20, 2025 DJ Trump was officially sworn in as president of the United States. The same day he pardoned 1500 insurrectionists who committed violent acts, starting with the failed DJ Trump Coup on January 6, 2021.

Pointing out Biden's deficiencies does nothing to address the current situation.

Amazing. Downplaying the Nazi cruelties by comparing it with J6 "insurrectionists" who were let into the building by Security personel, who walked through the rooms, mixed in at least 26 FBI Employees. ( If you missed that too, just admitted days ago)

It is Impossible to convince someone who is not in the state to take up differing perspetives and without the will to assess facts that contradite the own belief. So let's just move on and avoid any further interference. Just pointless.

So all of the videos of people smashing their way into the capital were faked? And the government just went on a witch hunt prosecuting the people in the videos?

Thanks Petra, I didn't know that. I hope you never live in my neighborhood.

Ok Spuds, I hope you are right. I wonder how many people were told the same thing in 1933?

What needs to smear the Biden " government".

It has smeared itself to the max. By their deeds.
