Good info. Glaring oversite in the article: it fails to mention that Vitamin K-2 should always be taken with Vitamin D-3.
Vitamin D pumps calcium into the blood stream. K-2 controls where the calcium gets used.

Research I’ve uncovered suggests up to 20/30K D3 per day is good/OK, especially 4 Immunity 2 lab created toxins/disruptors. With A, K2 & Zinc.
